DALI BEYOND TIME: FASHIONING THE FUTURE
Dali Beyond Time: Fashioning the Future: For my first junior studio project, inspired by 12 original Salvador Dali prints from a 1972 collaboration with luxury menswear fabric house Scabal, I created a look that merges surrealism with bespoke tailoring. Reflecting my perspective as a gender-fluid designer, the ensemble features a cropped, double-breasted navy blazer and a maxi skirt composed of 800+ individually gathered tulle florettes in pastel pink, white, and blue, arranged to echo the trans flag.
